I guess this could be called the “Fall-ISH” time of year. Our part of Virginia is not yet “awash in color.” Yesterday was awash with rain and cooler temperatures, although the sun came out today. Of course, maple leaves tend to stay green longer than leaves from most other trees, and we have lots of them here.
We are well into the seasonal shift, which brings lovely weather but, alas, shorter days (in terms of daylight). And my bones and joints get extra “cranky” on rainy days.
